Gabi Tubbs

Gabi Tubbs was born in Germany and brought up in Munich. After
perfecting her English in Britain, she went to live in France to study
French at the Alliance francaise and Sorbonne in Paris. She entered
the magazine world in fashion and worked as fashion editor on several
magazines before she was invited to become Home Design Editor for
Country Living Magazine in 1986. Gabi joined Homes & Gardens magazine
in 1996 as Deputy Editor and Creative Director. In 2002 she left the
magazine to start her own company producing photo-shoots of houses and
interiors in Britain and abroad for magazines and brochures. She is
also an interior design consultant and author/stylist of several books.
