URI J. STERN is the Technical Team Leader of the PSP SWAT team in IBM's Boca Raton facility. His team travels the world to debug and resolve critical OS/2- related problems for IBM enterprise customers. He has been designing and developing OS/2 PM applications since the initial release of Presentation Manager with OS/2 version 1.1 in 1988.
