The death date is from the Talis MARC record for "God judging among the gods :$bOpened in a sermon before the ... House of Commons ... March 26, 1645 /$cLondon, Meredith, 1645." but I suspect the record already conflated the works of many different John Wards by that point. Now it's just a mess.
