Kathleen Meyer is the author of the international best-selling outdoor guide How to Shit in the Woods: An Environmentally Sound Approach to a Lost Art that’s been widely embraced by the outdoor community, with more than 2.5 million copies sold, in seven languages. Her Rocky Mountain adventure memoir, Barefoot Hearted: A Wild Life Among Wildlife, was published by Random House in 2001.
