Evelyn Rogers is a former newspaper reporter for Odessa American, Odessa, TX; she worked as a middle-school teacher and a school librarian in Texas. She became a full-time writer in 1990.
Evelyn Rogers is a member of Romance Writers of America, National Society of Arts and Letters, Novelists, Inc., San Antonio Romance Authors, Opera Guild of San Antonio. She also won the First annual Prism award for best light paranormal novel, Fantasy, Futuristic and Paranormal Chapter of Romance Writers of America, 1997, for Wicked.
