Coming from an extensive executive background, William M. "Bill" White draws on years of personal leadership working with such companies as AT&T, Texaco, and Amgen Corporation; as founder of The Management Development Group, Inc., an organizational development consulting firm; and as an educator who was honored by The University of California at Davis for excellence in teaching and outstanding service in the area of continuing education. White has served for six years as president of the University of Southern California's Corporate Advisory Board for the Industrial Social Work Concentration for the Graduate School of Social Work and has also served as one of two American board members for the Canadian Centre for Social Justice. He is the first dean of Mountain State University's Charles H. Polk School of Leadership and Professional Development. He is co-author of the best-selling titles APEX THINKING and What Leaders Believe.
