Here is the translation of the provided Oromo text into English:

    Local Administration Supervision
It is the local administration supervision that oversees how the board manages dormitory conditions, student food, as well as student services such as laboratories, property, human resources, and security.

    Academic Administration Supervision
Training is provided in three directions:

    1. Regular students who enroll in dormitories and study consistently.
    2. Diploma students who study for four semesters, and for two semesters of stratification, as it is called.
    3. There are two types of students in the summer program:
      A. Those who study for one year and then enter teaching; these are the ones who take distance courses and come to study each summer.
      B. Students who take 45 days of training and then return for a second period to study.
For example, those selected later from work and from teaching, coming from two districts within the zone, take training such as life skills and gender-based issues.

    Policy Implementation
There were two policies:the former and the latter.

    1. The former policy was adopted as a practice.
    2. The new policy, however, is currently being followed and will last for three years.
This new policy has a basis both nationally and regionally.
'Contextualization'means adapting the policy that comes from the government to the local context.
This means taking the foundational courses that come from the government, and the college's crucial role is to review and rework them. For example, distinguishing courses like distance ones, the college reviews them, and then the Ministry of Education reviews them again.
Additionally, the college prepares its own modules.

    Annual Plan
Four quarters are considered. The first quarter, at its conclusion, involves two things:
[] Evaluating work and conducting a review.
This has three colors:green, yellow, and red.
Green means it passes, yellow means it needs review, and red means it needs revision.
The second stage involves implementing, planning, and managing the strategy.

    Staff Management
There are two types of staff:teaching staff and non-teaching staff.
There are those under administrative management and those under academic management.
Those under administrative management include human resources and finance.
    Those under academic management include:
The college dean and the academic vice dean.Under this stream, there are various streams, such as the Oromo language stream, the science stream, natural sciences, and social sciences.
The social science stream is not yet implemented.
The streams have class advisors, and the advisors have museum classes.

    Performance of Management
    Follow-up and monitoring are conducted.
Monitoring is done using checklists on a monthly basis to ensure execution and track staff progress.
Not all management personnel perform their duties properly;some are not fully committed.

    Quality Assurance
    It begins with selection.
By determining the cut-off score, the selection process is considered. The college conducts selection on five target centers.
These are conducted in Chiro,Hirna, Maya, Dadar, and Gurawa.
Students are selected based on the score set by the Ministry of Education. The 12th-grade results are reviewed, and selection is based on transcripts and verified age.
The college aims to have adequate quality and competence.

    College Relationships
The college has both vertical and horizontal relationships.
The vertical relationship:It has a good relationship with Oda Bultum University.
For example, they collaborate to address teacher shortages.
[] Horizontally, it has relationships with the Somali region and with Abdul Majid Teachers' College.
    [] It works with UNICEF.
[] It also has relationships with the schools the college supports and with underprivileged families it assists, such as Hachalu Hindessa School, Calanqo Lola School, Karra Qurqura School, and Oda Bultum School.

    Checklist
Everyone has a responsibility.Accordingly, they monitor the tasks assigned to them and provide service.
Information flow:Deans receive information from the streams, streams receive it from department heads, and department heads receive it from teachers. This is how it proceeds.

    Management-Staff Relationship
As a college, management and staff share a bond without any friction. They work together in a way that requires skill and experience in collaboration.
Therefore, caution is exercised. Despite this, it creates a conducive environment. With mutual understanding, there is a good relationship between management and staff, allowing them to coexist peacefully.

    Managing Conflict
First, identifying the source of the problem is crucial.
Since there are no personal agendas, conflicts are minimal.
Another source of conflict arises regarding grades. This is resolved step-by-step.
Lower-level issues are resolved by involving the department head and the teacher.
For other issues,to resolve them through training, the college ensures procedures are followed in an orderly manner to prevent disputes.
    Therefore,everything has its own process.
This ensures that teachers utilize this process more than the administration.

    Discipline
The college has good regulations. To date, no teachers have been dismissed for disciplinary issues, but one student was dismissed for a problem.
Apart from that, the college has good discipline.
Up to now,if a mistake occurs outside of this disciplinary process, counseling is given instead of dismissal, which is understood to be the better approach.

    Students' Academic Performance
Student competence is in good condition and adequate.
There is also something called'balanced education'.
This includes both administrative aspects and others like Oromo language development, art, and environmental care.

    College Relationship with Residents
The college has a good and beautiful relationship with the residents, both in terms of security and other services.
For example, college livestock that once wandered off were kept by the community, who said, "This livestock belongs to the college," and looked after them.
During holidays, the college celebrates with the community.
For instance, with health officials, police, water authorities, and the like.

    Teachers' Association
    A teachers'association exists.
It addresses land issues and teachers'living conditions. There is ongoing discussion about providing housing land.
There are also community services, such as building houses for the underprivileged and planting seedlings.

    Centralization vs Decentralization
Every task has its own structure.Based on that structure, the person assigned to the task performs it.
The management style utilizes central authority. Therefore, everyone prioritizes the success of the college.

    Professional Development
Opportunities for Master's degrees and Doctorates were once provided to the college from Oromia only once.
Apart from that,up to now, they have not been able to secure such opportunities despite requesting them.

    Challenge
There are many challenges. As human desires increase, challenges also increase.
For example, there are issues related to the supply of grain for student food, the grain mill, and the latrine.
Discussing and listening to each other is necessary to solve this problem.

    Motivation
To improve teachers'morale, at the end of the year or semester, they are arranged to visit historical and recreational sites.
Using the current situation, based on the teachers' interest, they go on trips and outings. The college has ensured that the vehicle used for this service also benefits the teachers' families.
Additionally, they are encouraged to participate in various competitions, such as research. The college facilitates their participation in Oromia region to gain recognition. http://roar.eprints.org/id/user/19154
